Cooking instructions
Boiled: drop the gnocchi into plenty of salted boiling water. When they float to the surface, drain and season to taste (1 minute).
Pan-fried: add the gnocchi directly to a pan with your sauce and about 100 ml of water. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (0-4 °C) and consume within 3 days.
